Tour participants will be lodged at the Tennanah Lake Golf & Tennis Club in Roscoe, New York:

Designated Airport: Stewart International Airport (SWF):

Teachers can arrive at the Stewart International Airport (SWF) in Newburgh, New York where, if needed, transportation will be arranged to the hotel and then back to the airport.

For those flying into the Stewart Airport in Newburgh, NY (SWF):

Arrival flights need to be at the SWF by 2:00pm on Tuesday, August 4th
Return flights need to depart no earlier than 3:00pm on Friday, August 7th
Transportation will be provided to the hotel from the Stewart International Airport and then back to the SWF on Friday; teachers are asked to submit a transportation information sheet upon which time shuttle arrangements will be finalized.

For those driving to Roscoe, New York or coming from another airport:

Please proceed directly to the Tennanah Lake Golf & Tennis Club, arriving no later than 4:30pm on Tuesday August, 4th.

All Tour participants need to arrive at the hotel no later than 4:30pm on Tuesday to check in, register with us, and be ready for orientation in the hotel’s meeting room at 5:00pm. We will continue our evening with a social hour, keynote speaker and dinner at the hotel.

Throughout the Tour, bus transportation is provided by Oneonta Tours.

Please remember that any hotel or transportation expenses incurred prior to Tuesday or after Friday afternoon are the responsibility of you and your sponsor. If you choose to fly to an airport other than the designated airports you will need to make your own transportation arrangements to arrive at the Tennanah Lake Golf & Tennis Club in Roscoe, New York by 4:30pm on Tuesday.

Registration and Orientation

Upon arriving to the Tennanah Lake Golf & Tennis Club on Tuesday, participants can first check in to their hotel rooms, and then stop by the registration table in the lobby to receive tour registration packets and to meet the Foundation's staff.

The Tour officially begins with an orientation and introductions in the Tennanah Lake Golf & Tennis Club’s meeting room starting at 5:00pm for all participants. You will receive an overview of the tour from the Foundation's President/CEO and get an opportunity to meet facilitators and fellow participants.

Following orientation, Tour participants will head to dinner at the hotel. We will begin the dinner event with a keynote speaker, beverages and appetizers.

Friday Morning Wrap-Up and Evaluations

Friday, August 7th, breakfast will be held in the hotel from 6:30-7:30am. Immediately following breakfast, tour participants will meet for a tour wrap-up, followed by evaluations. The wrap-up will be adjourned by 10:00am, at which time teachers will need to check out of hotel. Hotel check out time is 11:00am. Any additional expenses incurred at the hotel will be charged to the individual. For those flying out of SWF, shuttle service will be provided to the airport.
